Like Obelixx, I'm not convinced that "look forward to" is the correct term.

Have recorded programme as we are at relatives for the Christmas week and bother in law can’t stand the programme , no taste
Merry Christmas 🎄 & Happy New Year 🥳
  • I recorded the Christmas strictly and watched it very late last night.
Will admit whizzing through most bits. I agree not the same as the series but usually enjoyable.
This year's wasn't as good as previous ones but never mind. Scoring and comments were a bit high for some. I guessed the winner before announcing. Although the couple we're even placed in a good position to pick up the trophy 🤣🤣🤣

We have a bit of a wait for next year's Strictly. Happy New Year everyone 💃🕺💃🕺💃🕺🎉

Just a nice TV show ,easy watching and not to serious ,  scores would always be high 💃🏼
  • Its Strictly time again, with same sex partners.😯
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
  • Well, having learnt my dancing at an all girls school, that'll be nothing new to me 😎  ... and as I was one of the taller girls I was always the boy ... took me some time and some masterful partners before I got the hang of dancing backwards.

Nannybeach, the C word is everywhere.....adverts on TV, mince pies, xmas puds and big tins of sweets are already in the supermarkets 😱 xmas cards are in the shops too!
But at least the 'C' word was from last year on here 😉😉😫🤭

They've already mentioned 6 of the 'celebrities' .....I would say Caroline Quinton was the only one so far.....think they're running out of who to ask 😕

Time to start a new Strictly thread then?

As for the C word, it was all over Beeb news this morning with people already planning, getting out the decs, thinking of mince pies - looking forward to having something to celebrate apparently.

I'd have though avoiding or surviving Covid was reason enough to be happy and anything else is a bit insensitive to all the many whose loved ones/incomes/jobs/homes/security have been affected or even lost.
