Just an update from earlier, as almost all of my cuttings had failed I had another go this time taking more than I needed, and needless to say almost all of them struck.
I have now potted most of them on and they are growing well, the only problem is greenhouse space as usual!
Salvias ,penstemons, fuchsias were the success story, ostropermums have only formed calluses on the base, doubt if they will root now.
A friend of mine was using T5 lights and switched to LED lights and says he saw an improvement in the yield and size of the plants. This could be the quality of the lights or spectrum of light each putout, I am not sure. Or even the distance from the plants I guess.
It might not be the best one but I am in Canada and need to be able to send it back if i have to.
I am new at this so, we will find out if it was the right choice.
LED lights just seem easier to set up and use then all the others, especially for a small grow tent setup. Maybe I am off track here if so I would love to hear from you guys and girls.

I,ve reread the original, and it's overwinter survival-propagation that you are doing. My advice is not relevant.
