Can anyone identify this plant, I have loads of these clumps sprouting up all over my rockery garden

    Forget me not. Easy to pull out where you don't want it. You have it forever. Hence the name😉

    Thank you, I had an inkling it could be that, as we do get them in the garden, but have never noticed them growing so prolific - or at this time of year.

    Just thin them out a bit. One every 12 inches is sufficient to have a sea of blue in May.

    Thank you for your replies, I have done some thinning out, otherwise the rockery would be just covered in them - nice though they are when they flower 🙂

    They’ll flower all the better for having a bit of elbow room 😊 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
