I have an Umerbella plant which is 20 years old. 90% of leaves are sticky all over, there are no pests on the plant.
It is in our French house and only gets watered every 2 weeks at best, so no overwatering.
The floor gets very sticky with the sap. when I say the leaves extrude sap, they are just sticky to the touch, no obvious dripping . I have removed 80% of the climbing material, but should I get rid of it altogether and start again, or does anyone have a solution to combat this desease ?
