How can i revive cacti?

I have owned these 3 cacti from ikea for about 2 years now and I think they may be dying. I haven’t really watered them that often as I wasn’t sure that you were supposed to. I also can’t remember what kind of cacti they are to be able to research and see if they are healthy or not. They don’t have much soil in at the moment as they have been knocked over a few times and it’s fell out. I’m thinking the long one and the fluffier one are getting too big for their pot and I may need to re-pot them all with fresh soil? Just looking for some advice really as I don’t know a thing about plants!  :)

Ps. Can anyone please tell me what kind of cacti they are?

    Even cacti need a bit of water and some compost for their roots to anchor them a well as seek out water and nutrients.

    1 = Lemaireocereus pruinosus
    2 = Opuntia microdasys 'Albata'
    3 = Parodia species (probably P . ritteri)

    All of these require frost-free glasshouse conditions with plenty of water throughout the summer months ; dry and cool through the winter .
    Re-pot in a 25/75 mix of ericaceous compost and grit .
    Use rainwater if available and place in the brightest position you can provide .

    I have started feeding my cacti and succulents regularly this year and I have seen such an improvement.Also watering more often,but take care not to over water!
    They can tolerate neglect but do so much better with TLC!

    At the moment I’m just keeping them on my windowsill which tends to get a lot of sun during the day, is this okay?

    Hello Bellax
    Those species are pretty resilient compared to some ; they'll survive , but they won't thrive under those conditions .
    Remember on a windowsill the intense light is only on one side ; this may lead to distorted elongated growth if you overwater (etiolation) .
    In your case then , keep them on the drier side of damp , and dry through the winter months ; (ideal is cool , bright and dry @ around 12C !
