Green Tomato Recipe.

I am just about to make this seasons chutney and my recipe needs....Glace Ginger.

? Is this the same as Stem Ginger and if not can I use it anyway.

Apologies if its not actually a GW question.  :p

    No,  it's ginger that has been preserved and dried in sugar like glacé fruits.   I'd go with stem ginger and some of the syrup.  Much nicer.
