It's natural. The flowers have done their job and attracted pollinators and now the plant is setting seed. You could leave them be or else remove each spent flower stem at the base so the plant diverts energy to root and leaf growth for a better display next year.
If you leave one flower head to produce mature seeds you could sow them when ripe and see what babies you get. There may be something really interesting or else more of the same.
