Hi everyone! My dad is convinced this is a weed. I think it might be a flower? Who is right? Thank you!

    It looks like something from the Apiaceae family - parsley, carrots, dill etc.  It's hard to tell what it will become however its probably a cow parsley which is considered to be a weed. Personally, I like them - and I let them seed and grow in my flower beds.
