Too late to start again?

My whole crop of courgettes, cabbage, Swiss chard, kale and white turnip have rotted off due to recent flooding. This weekends weather has made me think I might be able to start again. Am I too late?

You can sow Swiss chard now ... with a decent autumn it’ll be big enough to overwinter and give a good crop next spring.

I think its it’s too late for the others. ☹️

Lettuce, pak choi and those sorts of things will also give you some form of crop.

And of course you can sow Broad bean Aquadulce Claudia in late Oct/early Nov ... they’ll go through the hardest winter without any protection and you’ll get an early crop from late May without being troubled by attacks from blackfly which attacks spring sown broad beans.

It also depends on what kind of flooding you had, has it contaminated your soil @lizf4619
