Jasmine plant help!

Hello guys!
So I was away for 2 weeks and my house mates were supposed to water my plants but they forgot 😑. So I came back to my plant which looked pretty brown and dead in parts, a few sprigs were still alive. I trimed the plant down. How do I promote more growth and work towards getting a bushy, draping plant again!! Help !

Bigger pot. Feed it, water it and let it drain well each time . Don't let it dry out , but don't let it stand in water either. Wind the new shoots arounda wire clothes hanger or other former. I would put it outside for the rest of the summer.

What type of Jasmine is that? The pot looks too small for the plant. Jasmine can be grown in a large container, but best grown in the ground. They want to climb and search for the sun rather than drape downwards.
