    Can I have one too please? Never seen one since we moved to this area. Had them regularly in the other more inland place but I think it's because we don't have many slugs  :(

    Yeh- it was me!  :D
    He made a beeline for me one day when I was sitting on the bench, right up beside my feet, croaking away. He hung around a while, exploring behind me,  then went back to the  pond. 
    No idea what that was all about  :D
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
