Pear identification

Can anyone ID either of these pear species would really like to know when ripe. The previous owner of the house had these growing any help is much appreciated 0

I don't know what varieties you have, but harvest of pears is different to other fruits as they are picked before they appear ripe and then ripened off the tree (pears ripen from the inside to the outside, so when the outside looks ripe, the inside is often already rotten)
