Hi @Ash1123192374 Just an update on my "dead" or dying Lime from the beginning of the season. After being fed up with giving it TLC and it still giving up the ghost, I put it outside for the summer and ignored it. Well I have just brought it inside for the winter, as low and behold its picked up, again, and decided to fruit (only 3 but 🙄) Now I just have to wait and see if it gets apple moth grubs again this January 🙄 Hope your tree is doing well ash😁
I love my lime tree but they are such fussy plants. Mine really struggled through winter and early spring (it got scale) despite lots of TLC but as soon as summer hit mine bounced back. I’ve not actually put it outside this year just kept it by glass patio doors and it’s covered in limes. They’re wee definitely worth the hassle though ☺️
As mine took a month to clear of apple moth grubs, by hand, I wasn't planning on putting it out again, but when it looked so bad four months later I thought this time its on its way out so out it went. I would say they are touchy. If conditions aren't just so they sulk, by loosing leaves. Hot,cold, dry, wet or anything in-between they sulk😆 but at the same time will be be in flower and have fruit.🙄 Good job we love the limes they produce @cbennett17
