In the autumn. I plant mine out when summer bedding is over.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I have never found winter flowering pansies to actually bloom in the winter, usually early Spring for me.
I will be sowing seeds for those at the end of this month.
J.Parkers do some nice ones , I’ve always found their bedding plants to be good and there’s always a 10% discount to be had on the net.

Don’t know but mine are still flowering from January! Didn’t have the heart to pull them out so just planted around them and occasionally do a drastic haircut....they just keep going!
Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.

I put mine in the garden when I want to plant out summer bedding, they’ll go on for years.  They don’t start growing on and flowering for me here until end of February,  but then I’m always about 3 weeks behind most.
