Are Gladioli overdue a revival?

    How are your Papillio, @raisingirl? I thought that one was lovely but some complain it doesn’t flower for long, if at all.

    Mm, it's quite fleeting. Not sure if that's because it's a bit shady where they are at the moment

    Quite like the small ones but really can't stand the big ones.  Don't know what it is, just don't like them.  Hubby bought me some bulbs last year and I dumped them in the bin and told him they hadn't come up

    I am going to try some of the smaller ones and see how I get on with them...

    Anyone experience of overwintering the Byzantinus type, they are supposed to be pretty hardy?? The normal gladdys won’t make it through a winter here and I can’t be bothered digging things up.
