Sorry to hear about your daughter's Bengal Joyce, I know how hard it is.
I am THRILLED because after some googling turns out I can make alcohol free Christmas Cake - just soak the fruit in orange or apple juice instead! However, you make them around Halloween as you don't feed them.
Runny, last time I was in Manchester I saw Apple crumble and custard flavour tea...
M-U that house is just gorgeous. I love it all but the little sewing machine in the attic is just charming. Rhubarb and Custard tea? Apple Crumble and Custard tea? Sacrilege! Off with their heads - whoever came up with that dim idea.
Joyce I'll have to ask S***a nicely won't I?
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Evening. I've had a lovely couple of hours kitten-sitting this afternoon🙂 It's probably 3 or 4 weeks since I last saw them and they have grown an awful lot - but still tiny and very very cute.
They weren't phased by the heat and (despite fur coats) they spent 2 hours whizzing round chasing butterflies, each other's tail, their own tails, bits of grass, flies, nothing at all... Utensil jug & a photo sent flying from the window sill during one particularly energetic pursuit of a fly - fortunately nothing broken.
You asked for photos. Hmm that's not easy with two such balls of energy. Got a few shots of an ear and a table leg, a tail and a shrub trunk if you get my drift. However, I may have 2 which will give you an idea of what they look like. They're on my phone. Hang on - I'll be back...
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
PF - there are always mean, horrid people like that. At least if they aren't maggoty ones I hope that they confine the mingy ladies to their toilets for the evening. Well done for what you have raised so far.
T'Bird - you can tell that they are brothers. I love those tiny little white tippy toes they both have. Thank you for posting the pictures, they are lovely.
