Fucshia ID?

Is this a particular cultivar of
Fucschia? It’s hardy and this seems to be the mature size as it has been there a good few years ...

You'd have to get a better close-up of the flower to be more certain but it looks like Blacky to me (horrible name...like most fuchsia names) there are thousands of cultivars...so your guess is as good anyone's 😉

I wanted to get another one exactly the same… But it might be easier just to take cuttings. Reading about that, it sounds like it’s easy?
