Insect droppings under pot?

Any idea what this is? I've noticed it under a few pots before, like a very small pile of soil pellets. Tricky to get a good photo.

Woodlouse droppings would be my best guess.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Or evidence of ants living in the soil of the pots.

There were a lot of ants in the slabs around one of them until I put a load of powder down. No sign of ants any more though and there never was around the other pot.

Looks like woodlouse excavation dirt and droppings.  I have them real bad in one of my gardens and they seem to excavate dirt out of the drain holes of my larger potted plants outside. Where are the woodlice spiders when you need them?  LOL
