White powdery stuff on magnolia.

My 4-5 year old magnolia has a white powder on the underneath of the leaf and stems. This does not seem to be damaging the tree and seems to be no form of insects there either. The tree has been moved but still in a sunny position and only 2 metres away from the original place. No other plants in garden are affected. Please advise on course of action and identification.

    Thanks so much, I have read info and will be to the garden centre tomorrow 😁.

    Better and cheaper to wipe them off by hand if you can, rather than use insecticides that can harm bees and ladybirds etc.
