  Looks like oxalis corniculata. I keep it under control, but it is very tenacious. Spreads by seeds and roots.

  The seedpods pop and spread all over the place.

  Yes it does pop up all over the place but it is very pretty!

  Oxalis corniculata (creeping wood sorrel) which can be a real nuisance and is best kept on top of.  The seed capsules 'explode', scattering seed far and wide.  Some advice here:
