Penstemon?

Is this a penstemon and if so anyone know which please ?
It was there last year so obviously hardy.
The flowers are a soft lavender rather than pink.

    The way it is growing, I think it looks more like Physostegia Virginiana, Obedient plant. They are hardy plants.
