Blossom identification

Hello. New to gardening & this forum & seeking advice. My garden and more to point my neighbours garden is covered in tiny (1mm ish)  triple lobed now brown 'blossom' type leaves (I think) but cannot for life of me locate tree/plant it comes from. I'm ok with it but my neighbours astroturf is covered and he's getting rather annoyed. I have a silver birch tree which is only item that could produce this quantity of 'blossom'. Is my birch the culprit? Any thoughts anyone

    Welcome to the forum.
As always a photo might help. I certainly don't have a clue!
As to your neighbours grass if you are the culprit just pop round with your Hoover, my cordless vacuum works wonders for mine.

I agree about the seeds and there will be remains of spent flowers, too. They are natural, unlike astroturf. Could your neighbour get the hoover out?
