Pool frog?

This little frog has just arrived in our small garden pond made this year. He/she is very green with a lime green stripe down the back. Googled frogs and it doesn't look like a common frog, maybe a Marsh frog? Heard no croaking though and coming from an area with a lot of Marsh frogs I know what it would sound like.

Ive no idea how rare they are in Belgium but they’re very very rare here.
