What’s wrong with my Purple Shamrock?

It still has flowers and plenty of growth but a lot of this spotty caper.

Any ideas?

    Rust, I think. I really like the pattern on the leaf in focus on the right hand side. It almost looks like a textile pattern.

    That’s really rather beautiful - we have a rich moroccan fabric in purple and gold that it reminds me of, Fidget.
