Looks to me like the white version of Rosebay willowherb - Chameirion angustifolium album.

Isn’t that a weed though? My partner said he saw it, it looked lovely and could we have some? If it’s willow herb I’m thinking no.

the pink one is a weed, but the white is divine and (said to be ) not invasive.

It’s very pretty but I wouldn’t have them being a fuchsia grower, they will cause rust . I do all I can to keep it out of the garden.
