I orderd the digital magazine but cannot find any subscriber number.  HELP!

    I have emailed and have not heard back.  The online url for buysubscriptions does nothing.  Calling is not an option since I live in the US.  Any other ideas would be appreciated.

    I think my subscriber number was on one of the confirmation emails I received after I had subscribed to and paid for the digital edition, have you checked all your emails from them? Definitely not there? 

    I seem to recall when I had problems, the customer service was very slow in responding to emails...

    I did not receive such an email....not in the inbox, trash or spam.  I will keep watching.
