idenification needed.

Can anyone tell me what this plant is, flower or weed, keep it or bin it?
First year in a new home and have had all sorts appearing over the recent months.
The leaves are approx 20cm in length, and the plant is about 40cm tall at the moment.

    Probably from a bird feeder, kept cropping up last year, don't remember the name!

    I had a plant like that, grew under a pillar where I put bird seed. It was a wild datura. Also looks a little like a shoo fly plant. Wait and see what the flowers are like.
