Please can you ID this shrub?

Its one of the few shrubs in our garden I don't know the name of.  I cut out the dead wood in spring and shape it a little, and it seems to do well, it flowers in July. Thanks in advance.  Owen.

    Looks like a lacecap hydrangea. Have you got a better photo of the flower head?

    Could it be hydrangea "Jogasaki"?

    Thank you both, it does look like Jogasaki Ceres when I Google pictures of that.  Here is a better photo of the flowers...
