What lawn weed is this?

Have lots of it on my lawn.. Hopefully weed and feed can die it out?

    looks like annual Meadow grass. It's a grass so no, weed and feed will not affect it.

    All grass flowers if you don’t cut it regularly. That’s the difference between a hay meadow and a lawn. Mow on medium height once a week.
