Codling Moth Infestation!

I know this has been discussed many times, but I seriously need help!
My very mature (5 metre) apple tree and plum tree are both full of codling moth.  Approx 90% of fruit were ruined last year and aleady apples are dropping with the worms inside.  Last winter, I used Winter Tree Wash, grease bands, nematodes and I hung the pheromone traps (which have had to be replaced twice this season).  What more can I do??!  (apart from chopping the trees down).

Plum moth (pink wigglers) and codling moth (apple maggots) are different, and need different pheromone traps.  If that doesn't work, try hanging fat balls in your trees to attract  insect eating birds such as Bluetits.
