Codling Moth Infestation!

I know this has been discussed many times, but I seriously need help!
My very mature (5 metre) apple tree and plum tree are both full of codling moth. Approx 90% of fruit were ruined last year and aleady apples are dropping with the worms inside. Last winter, I used Winter Tree Wash, grease bands, nematodes and I hung the pheromone traps (which have had to be replaced twice this season). What more can I do??! (apart from chopping the trees down).
