I have a Trachelospermum Jasminoides, Star of Toscana and the flowers do not open and just turn brown. This occurred last year and this. Has anyone got an idea what the problem is?

Possibly lack of water ... climbers need gallons and gallons of it.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
