Bugs on my cherry tree

Hi All,
Please can anyone tell me what these bugs are on my cherry tree and how to treat them?

    They are ladybird larvae on their way to becoming adults. :)
    Garden friends.

    They'll soon be hoovering-up any greenfly for you. :)
