What is causing a white powdery look to the leaves on my lupins

    Mildew. Very common in dry weather.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    Could be powdery mildew which can be caused by too dry conditions.
