Cotinus Coggygria/ olive tree... help please..

Any advice- our newly planted royal purple shrub has red leaves coming through, I’m worried it’s dying. We have never planted in this soil before as we have just had lots of patio and concrete rug up and borders created. I have attached pictures.
We also have planted an olive tree and that has yellow leaves coming through too see pics
