i have suddenly got these little caterpillars eating my rose leaves. Does anybody know how I can get rid of them please.

Sawfly larvae ... I pick them off and put them on the bird table. 😊

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I think they are called rose saw fly.
