Victoria plum advice

My dwarf Victoria plum has lots of tiny black bugs/eggs mainly on the leaves and many of the fruit have blobs of jelly substance on them and are going bad. I’ve been removing the bad ones. Here are a couple of not very good pictures. Can anyone let me know what’s going on and how to manage organically? Thanks!
