Shrub/ perennial ID

Hi, can anyone id this white (campanula?)for me, i've had it for a few years bought from a fete with no label. It is evergreen and flowers from june to around september.  Although the flowers are white they have a blueish tinge to them. Also would like an id for the shrub with red flowers. Thanks..

    The shrub is Weigela, don't know which cultivar thouhg.

    The Campanula is a low growing spreading one?
    There are quite a few like portenskya or portenslagiana.
    Either take another of the leaves or describe if they are smooth or hairy, sorry the detail is not good.
    Very nice floriferous little thing though :)

    The shrub looks like weigela, but which one l don't know, sorry. Campanula lactiflora is my other guess.  :)
