Can any of you helpful people advise me if this is a weed or a plant please.

    Looks like an old man’s beard, clematis vitalba. Depends if you want one or not!

    It looks like an Astilbe to me.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    yes it looks like a white astilbe

    I thought astilbe at first, but then thought it odd for one to appear by chance and terminal leaflet didn't quite seem right proportion.  However, now you’ve pointed it out there’s a flower stalk!  So astilbe it is!🤭
