Hi @Fairygirl - I've no idea of the variety - I took some seed heads from one I found growing wild - presumably a garden escape. I just recognised it as 'tangutica' ... I like the unobtrusive flowers (they're not to everyone's taste, I admit) and it was growing quite merrily in my local environment, so I thought it would survive my wild garden. I'm just surprised that many of the seeds have germinated!
