What's now?

I succeed growing Apricot plant from seed. It is about 4 weeks old and 4" high. What shall I do now? Shall I plant outside or transplant in to bigger pot and keep indoors. Advice will be much appreciated.

It doesn't need to go into a bigger pot just yet unless you can see roots poking out from the bottom of the pot. It is still very new looking but could benefit from some fresh air so you could put it outside when the weather is warm, which it ought to be because it is summer but you can never trust the weather to behave itself.
