Bay Leaves plant. Any HOPE?

I had this bay leaves plant for 7-8 years until last September. I moved to new place and until early spring it was look all settled but since then it gone to this. What did I do wrong? Is there any hope or something I can do to save this plant.

@philippa smith2, thank you for reply. I will cut brown bits and see what happens, watering in timely manner and food. It will come back, hopefully.
