They won’t grow if you dig them up and move them, they’re finished now, if you want to tidy them up you can cut all but one seed head off then wait until its brown as said before. Think of nature, what would happen if you left the seed heads on? they would dry and drop on the ground, they will get washed in with the winter rain and grow in the Spring.
