 Tall salvia, reaching 4ft anyone know the correct name?  Thank you.

    I think it could be salvia turkestanica
    @lyn kindly sent me a plant last year and it looks pretty much identical

    I’m pleased to hear that it’s flowering now, you can save seeds and grow more,  you know that though, you’re a Salvia expert. 🙂

    is that the on with somewhat stinky foliage or is the smelly one S. sclarea?

    Fairy queen do you mean, I haven’t noticed any smell on it all.

    Great! I'm so pleased they germinated for you.
    I'm not able to get much done in my garden this year. I'm having the house extended and refurbished - 2 months down, 2-3 months to go, and I'm having to live upstairs in the bedrooms thick with dust - I'm not enjoying it much. I'm looking forward to Christmas already :)
