Any one know what this plant is?

Having looked on Google images, I am afraid I have drawn a blank as to the identification of this plant. Can anyone identify it please. My best guess is that it is some kind of Echium.

    My guess is the same ad yours ... where’s @Lyn ? She grows echiums 😊 
    ive sent her an alert so hopefully she or another echium grower will see this

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
