Lucky catch. The second one is really nice, wish I could find bargains like that.
Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.

I'm not usually so lucky, but I always enjoy a good look in the reduced sections just incase. Paid off this time (as long as I don't kill them off!). Really hope one of you clever people can ID it for me :)

The second one has lovely foliage, I like it, and I am not a fan of hydrangeas...

I never find bargains either, Jaqui, (apart from SM bulbs). They don’t reduce plants here, I see the same, unsold perennials put out the following year at the same price, looking a bit sad and pot bound!
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.

I think it might be this one.the flowers start off like yours.

Not usually as washed out as photo and definite light veining on dark leaves.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Thank you so much @B3. Had a look online and really does look like that. That's great thank you. Just potted them up this morning until I can get bigger pots again (i have a container garden), and it seems 2 were planted together in one tiny pot. So I got 3 hydrangeas for a total of £1.50! However the smaller one is still looking worse for wear just hope I can revive it. I'll post some pics

The young leaves in the axils of the middle one are alive so it will probably recover. Fingers crossed!
You got a real bargain there.
