Help is this rat droppings?

Hi all just after some help, this was on my patio this morning and hoping it’s not rats! Can anyone help identify the offender - ignore the flowers I think they have blown into it and the rascal hasn’t been eating my jasmine lol

    If it's a rat, it's not well. They usually do poos like big mouse poo - sort of as you'd expect. I am by no means a poo expert, but I'd guess at a bird of some sort, given how liquid it is. Or it's cat sick.
