Purple Cauliflower help.

Hi there, it's my first year growing fruit and veg in the garden.
My potatoe earlies where beautiful, my carrots are doing well, Tom's and strawberries and cabbage all amazing but I cannot get to grip with my cauliflower. It seems to be growing well but with no actually cauliflower. Are these a fail? What did I do wrong? Should i just take them up?

Last year my graffiti (purple cauliflower) were ready on the 19th of July, but last year was a very warm and early year, I seem to be about 2 weeks behind last year this year so I wouldn't be worried about it for nearly another month. They will get there, lovely healthy looking plants you have and not a caterpillar in sight!

Thank you for response, I'll see how they go. Yes I've been so lucky, they are in a raised boarder and I've been using an apple cider vinegar water mix. I try to avoid pesticides!
