Tiny caterpillars gobbling up my rose 🌹 🐛

Hi, 
Noticed my iceberg rose’s leaves are being slowly obliterated with just the stem remaining. Looked closer and discovered these tiny caterpillars, what are they and what can I do?

    Rose sawfly caterpillars ... pick them off and put them on the bird table smile 😊
