Hello

The picture is of a plant that is where a hedge used to be, any ideas on what it is. If I know what it is I can decide to pull it out or leave?

    Not the mares tail that’s in the background, I know what that is. Have to dig those out 😕🙃

    That’s an ash tree seedling. Pull it out or it will grow into a huge forest type tree the moment your back is turned 🙄 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Yup, dig it out or pull it with the root. If you cut it will growback, again, and again.

    Thanks fidgetbones, I will get my spade out at weekend as it seems a few things I thought looked pretty need to go 😵😬🤩🤣.   😍😍😍
