I’ve noticed this little guy and a few of his friends Buzzing around my chilli plants. He’s about 3-4mm long. Should I be worried?

Probably the compost needs to be a bit drier.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
